Founder Masarrat Shaikh has design in her DNA. It’s no surprise, as she grew up she has the finesse for design. Since founding her firm Miad Interiors & Design 2018, she has applied her detail appreciation of style and design to a range of residential and commercial projects. Over the years Masarrat has fostered relationships with clients, brands and specialist vendors in the field. Personal relationships with clients are central to Miad work ethos. Masarrat believes that close, transparent and direct contact creates a better project. She will interpret her clients’ tastes and styles – rather than imposing her own – to ensure a unique and characterful end-result. Aesthetic rigor and discipline reigned and she developed a meticulous eye for detail and a complete understanding of how to create a luxe interior.
